Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are evaluated on a individually. Alkhemystiq only refunds/exchanges funds for items that were defective or incorrectly missing from your order placed, and you must report it to us within 48 hours of your specific order being delivered to your address. If there is an issue, please send order number, an image (if defective) and detailed description of the issue as soon as you can via email. Also, understand that all the products are natural and made in different batches for freshness. With that being said, there may be variations with colors, scents,etc depending on the herbs and specific times of year.

Shipping & Tracking
Hair and skin products takes between 2-3 days to be processed before officially shipped out and health products can take up to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
